How To Feel Better and Make Friends In 4 Minutes a Day

Even though we’re in 2019 already, we’re still reflecting on our favorite moments from the past year. When we think back on it, the very best times combined a few things: physical activity, meeting community-oriented folks, and being outside. Best of all, these activities were free! What’s the unifying theme? They were all volunteer days.

It’s amazing when you think about it: volunteering is a way to invest in your community, connect with others, and (often) get some exercise at the same time. No matter what mood you are in at the start, you are sure to feel great by the end.

It doesn’t take a huge investment of time to make an impact. Just two hours a month is enough to make a meaningful impact on a neighborhood, beach, or neighbor. And when you break it down, two hours a month is just four minutes a day!

Our goal for 2019 is to dedicate at least two hours a month, every month, to volunteering in our community. We encourage you to do the same!

We frequently contribute drinks to nonprofits that hold public workdays. If you know of an O`ahu or Hawai`i Island based nonprofit that might be interested in some organic drinks to refresh volunteers, let us know!
